Very disappointed in the Burger King on Saginaw St in Midland. I bought a sausage biscuit$1.39 add cheese $.50 and onion and... ketchup $.30 and was charged $3.38. I know I'm not good at math but that doesn't add up to 3.39 with tax. But I was hungry andquit arguing with Matt the manager about the price. People at this location are usually very rude, they turn off their drive-thru lights to pretend that they're closed, when you... place an order they snap at you and tell you that it's going to have to be a wait to make it fresh, wouldn't it be nice if yourfood was fresh yes? Correct so we start going inside to place our order, you place an order for two chicken sandwiches plain,add cheese on one you get home 10 minutes later and has 20 lb of mayonnaise on it and a big clump of lettuce and both of themhave mayonnaise? You figure what do these people not understand English and you take it back and they say that's strange, Iwonder if these people even want to have a job or if they even care about their job enough to the extent to get a chickensandwich right and make it your way! Thursday Aug 4th 1st shift worker with the tattoos was extremely rude right from the get go at the menu. She acted like I was an... inconvenience to her morning . Pretty much shoved everything out to me like get your stuff and get going. Customer service ishuge to me and I will never come back here again. Better off taking a few extra minutes and going to the one off Eastman road.Or maybe try afternoon's at the saginaw road location. But if you enjoy rude ignorant entitled children than go to thatlocation. If she hates her job that much maybe she should quit. I'm going to be telling everyone I know to not use thislocation. I go to this Burger King all the time on Saginaw Road in Midland Michigan. I asked for a large fry, and I asked if it was... possible that a couple onion rings be tossed on top, and that I was willing to pay whatever it may cost. She said that it was noproblem, and that she wasn't going to charge me. Now I understand, and am grateful that she was willing to do this for me at nocost, but that does not take away what I ordered. So my large fry is half-full, and I have six onion rings. I'm happy witheverything, except for the fact that my large fry was half full, and the sweet and sour sauce I asked for, was not in my bag.Zesty sauce was in my bag. Read more
Great food. Lots of new menu choices. You just can't beat a WHOPPER. Didn't dine in but drive thru was fast.
