Most of the staff are always rude, and don't care if the customers inside the restaurant can hear. If they mess up your order,... it doesn't matter how patient, kind, or understanding you are. It will still get done, but expect to hear some pretty rudethings from whoever's making the food. I even had a manager try and hide their name tags from me when I asked for his name. Read more

Slowest burger king ever. Always sit in line for 10-15 mins when there's usually just 1 or 2 cars. Half the menu isn't available... so not sure why it always takes this long. Read more
The hamburger was just warm. Would have liked it hot like the Jalapeno Bites were... Use to have a much better quality of food.... Lately, burgers are barely warm, even the Whopper? Chicken nuggets & sandwiches & Fish sandwiches are always hot. Need burgersto be the same. I think like McDonald's, they are microwaving burgers and putting them under a warm lamp. A short red head girl accused me of yelling into the speaker in the drive thru when they were taking awhile because of a $200... order. The car in front of me was the one at the speaker waiting, not me. I thought it was very rude that she accused me anddidn?t allow me a chance to speak. I work in customer service and I am fine waiting a bit longer for my food without complaintbecause I know how it is. The girl was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Also maybe tell whoever was at the speaker that youguys were handling a big order, maybe they would have stopped yelling. Read more
