Beware if you order off of Door Dash, if you order the same thing the very next weekend, they make it different every time. Just... wasted $15 of money I barely have to make a trip to Midland to go get bagels for my sister and I. When I called to file acomplaint, I was pretty much told oh well, we made the order like we were supposed to. Read more
Everyone was rather loud & unfriendly. They handed us one of our bagels & then neglected to tell us the other bagel we ordered... was coming in a different bag I guess? Just not a very efficient system & long waits. Read more
Denied a specific item they were low on so they could sell it for more in a different form. Never in my life have I had my... money denied so the business could sell it for more later. Unbelievably terrible business practice. It's like Wal-Mart tellingyou you can't buy the kids shoes they have on sale because there's only a few left and they want to sell them not on sale later.Almost speechless but with every other bad experience watching the manager huff and puff, Yeah its time that they lose mybusiness for good. Went to big apple bagle in midland, at 1230,asked for what I wanted (because it was available, they had it in stock) was denied... to order what I like because the cream chesse I wanted can only be used on sandwiches today! 8.28.22 because they are runninglow! Read more
Great bagels and cream cheese or smears. I do love their sandwiches as well. Use whatever bagel you want and there is usually... always a specialty cream cheese. Added some pictures of their menu ???? Read more
Stopped here for breakfast since we love Big Apple Bagels and visit them often when we are traveling. We ordered 3 bagel... sandwiches and they served them to us cold. We've never experienced this before. I spoke with the the manager and told her weare not used to having to ask for our bagels toasted. They always come that way when ordering a sandwhich. Who wants a coldbagel with egg and cheese on it? The manager offered us a free muffin?? We declined. We will not be visiting this locationagain. Read more

We love this place!!! Although they're typically quite busy (that's a great sign by the way), they do a great job of getting... folks in and out. Love their products, love the coffee and especially love the service. We'll keep coming back for sure!! Read more
