Horrible customer service. She couldn't have tried harder to be so rude and negative. The lady, bigger one. First ignore me. So... I kindly asked her if there was someone who can help me at the register, assuming she wasn't a cashier since I was standing atthe register while she was stocking chips 2 feet next to me. She threw the money to me, didn't hand it to me or just set it downlike normal people. Then she walked away. I said thank you nicely and she just made a face like she hated me and ignored me anddidn'tsay anything. I NEVE SEEN HER BEFORE, ESPECIALLY SINCE IM NOT FROM MICHIGAN! There was another lady who had her hair downbrown hair, she wasn't rude and said "have a good day." I replied back, "you too." What was the sour face with no customerservice skills problem? I'll take her job if she isn't happy doing her job appropriately. Some people actually need a job andknow their role at work. She can leave her emotions at home or outside the work place. Read more

I just moved to Midland in april, and I frequent here both in the mornings and evenings. Everytime I go here I always walk out... laughing or smiling it is always clean and the employees are so hardworking and nice. If they are doing something when I get tocounter I don't mind waiting because hey at least they're doing their duties. They always greet you if they're at the counterwhen you walk in and they are very social. Anytime I get iced coffee, it typically runs out because thats my luck and everytimethey let me have it free of charge. Or they will open it and drain it dry so i get close to a full cup. I will not go to anyother 7-11 except this one. We are even moving across town and I still will only frequent this one because of the service andwonderful staff. :) Read more

This morning was the worst experience I've had in a convenient store in a long time. I work in a convenient store 5-6 days a... week and know that a person in that position should display a certain degree of ettiquette to not only their position but totheir customers. I entered the store during peak busy morning time when people are scrambling to get to work or to get theirkids to school, as I was. When I walked in there was zero greeting or any kind of acknowledgement that I was even in the store. After making my coffee I went to the counter where there was no visible employee at all. The line started forming behind me,still no employee. After way too long standing there waiting to be waited on, an employee came from the dark backroom and sawthe lineup of customers and didn't even offer an apology for making her customers wait. As a matter of fact she acted annoyedlike we were inconveniencing her. Even after all of that she still didn't give me any greeting nor did she even as me how shecould help me. I asked for two packs of cigarettes and she rudely said, "you got an ID"? I said, "you are carding me forcigarettes"? She said, "yes". I said I had been through TIPS training and know that you asked for ID if one looks under 40. Shesaid, " well not here, our system requires an ID". I said the store did. I was aggrivated by this point, mostly because of theoverall rudeness and unprofessionalism of your employee. I didn't have my ID because I rushed out to get babies to school. So inmy aggravation, I picked my coffee up and was walking out when I realized I didn't pay for it. I turned around just as she wassaying, "you have to pay for that coffee. That IS illegal". I told her I was sorry because I was frazzled and definitely neededa smoke...lol I said, "this is just stupid". She then replied, "well then go somewhere else and don't come back here". I lookedat her in disbelief and left my coffee on the counter and walked out and I will not return to a store I h Read more
