Not sure exactly what happened to this location but goodness gracious the service and speed have completely fallen off. It use... to be a pretty good place to go but don?t go if you?re in a hurry or if you want quality food. There is absolutely no sense ofurgency either. The employees do not care that you are waiting too long for ?fast food?. Avoid this place. Read more
this location lacks communication. people were waiting 20 minutes+ for online orders. the two girls up front need to communicate... better. one put a bag of food down on the counter without telling the other, and the other completely overlooked it somehow andlet it sit there. that was my food. everything was super cold when i got home. at least i have an air fryer to reheat it. I love Zaxby?s. Normally they have great service in a timely manner including during the lunch and dinner rushes! Unfortunately... at this location, order attention is not where it needs to be. I?ve been to this Zaxby?s on three different encounters and havenot received a correct order yet, and no I don?t mean they left out a sauce or two! I wouldn?t recommend this location!
