Had a Memorial service for my daughter -under the events section.The staff was wonderful,and friendly,with great service in a... great place. However I was surprised that the event manager requested cash or check payment just 15 minutes before the event. Mycredit is excellent and offered credit or debit card,but Event manager said NO,only cash or check. This could have been afiasco,if my friend did not lend me the $1,000 dollars needed.Who carries that around in this day and age.Be aware if having anevent to pay up front. Sounds like common sense has eluded the Event Manager.That is why the 4 star not 5 star. Staff andservice was great,and very friendly. Read more
Wedding and reception done. Turned out really great after some anxiety over timing of set up the morning of the event. Tammy... was great to work with. Friendly staff. The food, including breakfast, was delicious. Better clear and specific two waycommunication and written confirmation on timing expectations would have helped avoid the anxiety.
