I really like this place. Very good chicken pho. I frequently order the chicken pho with the chicken broth. BUT my absolute... favourite part of this restaurant is they have the best taro in town. I literally go there every single day. My only complaintswould be is that they don?t make bigger sizes for the drinks! Also, if they could maybe offer a chili oil as opposed to thecurrent hot sauce they have. Also, be advised that for purchases smaller than $10, bring cash as there will be a fee if payingwith card. Food is fresh and good but not stunning. The pho broth was a bit sweet for some reason and that made it taste less authentic.... The clay pot rice is not actually in a clay pot. Read more
Not only was this "large" the smallest large noodle soup I've ever received to go, but they didn't give me any sauces, no... hoisin, no siracha, AND I found a metal shaving in it, that I saved for when I report these guys. It's really sad because I'vebeen before and had good service in the store, but what the heck happened? Never going back now, get your pho and noodle soupelsewhere Read more
The Pho here is very good; full of flavor with nicely prepared meats that can be added with the side plate of lime and veggies. ... We also ordered the fried tofu with peanut sauce to enjoy with our Pho, but did not very much care for the taste...probably justus. Overall great service with a friendly staff inside a clean restaurant. I highly recommended Sunrise to anyone looking forthe wonderful, almost therapeutic qualities of a well prepared bowl of Pho. Service was horrible the moment we stepped in. Took about 10 minutes to be greeted and another 5 to be seated. The business was... less than half full and was not busy. Took about 10 minutes to get water and soda. Then ordered apps which took about 15 min.Meals came out another 10 minutes later and was just not good. The salty squid was bland, and the lemongrass soup was old when Iwas told it?s made fresh. Overall experience was not good and will not be returning. Read more
