Ordered food for pickup on Thursday night and it took two and half hours to get. They kept taking orders as they were behind.... Chalked that up as a busy night and thought my next order on Monday night would be delivered in 20 mins. I mean it's a Monday,right? I ordered at 6pm and when 7:48 rolled around I drove there to see if I could just pick it up. They hadn't even made ityet. Finally got our food at 8:15pm. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. We recently just placed a group order. We waited an hour and a half for food. We... called about 5 different times asking when the food would arrive and they kept saying the manager will call you back and theynever did. We kept calling to either try to pick up the food or completely cancel our order. Each time, same thing, the managerwill call you back. Nothing. Finally, after showing a little aggravation, our food came within 5 minutes extremely hot. So, inmy opinion they did not make our food and rushed to make it after we demanded where our food was we order an hour and a halfago. It was pretty clear that was the case because as I bit into the chicken fingers, it was pink and extremely chewy. I?m surethey just flashed fried them because they knew they messed up and tried to quickly get our order out the door. I would notrecommend eating here unless you want to wait super long for your food and/or get food poisoning. Read more

Ordered from Ming Moon off of Doordash 10 days ago. My order kept saying it was being prepared so I just assumed they were busy... and it would get delivered soon. It eventually said order complete so I look outside. No sign of food anywhere. Called numeroustimes and kept getting hung up on by numerous people. Eventually one guy said I would get my money back. Still nothing though.How do you complete a doordash order without delivering any food and then are the least bit unhelpful when you try to inquirewhat happened? Just be warned this place is scammy! Our order took 45 mins more than the expected time to get delivered to us. We called them and apparently they were out of... something we ordered so we replaced it for something else. 20 mins after that I had to call back because our order was still notdelivered and they told me they had to call me back because their manager needed to look into it. I am a loyal Ming Moon customer for many years and I am sad to announce they have recently taken new ownership Summer 2022 and... they are horrible.
