Good day peeps. I came to this joint on my recent trip to the New England area. It was off the coast and seemed picturesque.... Another smash hit! The sign says to choose seating before you order which is a bit redundant unless you have someone to holdthe table. Anyway, upstairs was choice during my meal. Nice breeze, not too hot and the scenery was nice to view. I got thelobstah roll w/butter and a half dozen of clam cakes. The lobstah roll was phenomenal. A hefty serving on a buttered roll justmelts in your mouth on first bite. Super fresh. Super yummy. If you haven't had a lobstah roll from the area grab this one ifyou can. It was my first time eating clam cakes and dare say they are similar to a hush puppy (please no expletives, lol).Crunchy and made of a clam dough mixture that's dropped into a deep fryer. They were served w/tartar sauce but that's not mything. Read more
The ambiance, view and location is great. Staff is also very friendly and knowledgable of the menu. The food however needs... improvement. Ordered a fish sandwich combo with beer. The fish was dripping with oil and I had to blot the oil away to make itpalatable. Also the plastic tray I was served on smelled like wet dog. The coleslaw, fries, tartar sauce and ?Gansett were goodthough! Read more
The place was nice and it came with a parking lot which can fits about 10 cars. The waiting line to order was huge as it?s a... popular restaurant to the locals and it?s a self-serves restaurant. We waited about 20 mins to order our food and another 15 topick up the order. The location was great and the beer was good. The only part that was missing was we didn?t enjoy the food. Wegot the two recommendations (fried clam-cake and fried clam) and both were pretty disappointing. Read more
Easy to find and parking right around the back of the restaurant. Went there on a Monday not too long of a wait. Food was... served fast but since it?s all fried, lost much of the original taste. Good for bunch of guys hanging out with beers, but forfamilies it?s need more variety besides fried food. Read more

In my research of the best fried seafood restaurants in Rhode Island, we came across Flo's and are very glad we made it a... priority to stop. The parking lot is very small, so on a Saturday we had to do a few laps before we finally lucked out and got aspace. There is paid parking in the beach lot not too far of a walk away, but if you're with anyone who doesn't do well withwalking, you're going to want to use their lot. We waited for about a half an hour in line before we were finally able to order, which seemed to be more form confusion of people ordering than their staff, who were all working incredibly hard. It's aseafood shack, so, you're going to get mainly seafood and much of that will be fried. The prices are incredibly reasonable, somuch so that I was expecting a tiny child's portion but was very surprised by what we had. We had the crunchy fish and chips andthe fried shrimp. The crunch on that fish has to be the best we've ever had. It was a great batter and the fish tasted veryfresh. The shrimp were incredible! Juicy and flavorful and there was a lot in our portion. The fries were crispy and were verygood as well. It's a cute little shack with outdoor seating in front and two floors inside. Overall, we were very happy with ourchoice and would highly recommend this to people looking for a no-fuss but delicious dining experience. Read more
