Its a shame. Quality of service and overall appearance has gone down. Doesn't seem to be maintained any longer. Not enough staff... on Saturday. No longer a faithful guest. Forgot our glasses and had to bend to drinking Merlot from a plastic cup. I am not aplastic anything fan. Read more

Gorgeousssssss venue. We are here while Soul Station is doing their mega hits show. Tons of seating, tons of parking, and as a... gigantic 46' foot RV with 2 vehicles who are Harvest Hosting, we are SUPER IMPRESSED! We chose to park up top instead of down bythe gorgeous lake, but another RV parked at the lake and it's lovely. Food truck food only, which isn't spectacular tonight butfills a spot after a long day. Brews on tap were delicious, tons of wines on tap (which we did not try but others around us wereenjoying), and CIDER!! Which is crisp and delicious on this hot day ?? I would Harvest Host this again, and if we were locals orpassing through I'd make this a must-stop because it has drinks for all types!! Read more

Don't take your pets. I visited with my girlfriend, her family, and our shitzu.After entering the wine tasting building the... owners pit bull came out of a side area and went straight to our shitzu and clamped on its fur/neck area. My girlfriends twobrothers both had broken skin on their hands from trying to get our shitzu away from the pit bull. One of her brothers also hada deep laceration on his finger. Our shitzu was unharmed except for a minor nick on its ear. Our shitzu was leashed. While I'msure their dog was not meant to be loose, it is negligent to have a large dog loose at a place advertised as pet friendly. My husband and two friends of ours came to use our Groupon. We did not know to make an appointment for the tour, the woman who... ?greeted? us was so rude to us. Since we couldn?t use our Groupon we decided to get a hard cider and relax. While waiting inline someone from the upper deck dumped beer down on my husband?no one offered a free drink or even apologized, extremely rude!Also? WHY ARE THERE SO MANY CHILDREN HERE?!? Read more

We drove up to your facility Saturday 4/24/21 with some friends for a brewery tour and beer flight tasting. We like to support... local small businesses. We had higher expectations than we got. We were disappointed from the time we had to wait 15 minutespast when the tour started because people who were not in our party were late to going down to where the beer is supposed to bemade. The area was not organized or clean. The lady giving us the tour asked if anyone knew about brewing. My husband who hasworked at Miller Coors spoke up. She told us he probably knew more than she did. The whole tour took 10 minutes at most. Thebeer was served to us in a noisy area with a paper that said what the beers were and how to pair them with food given to us. Nopersonalized description. I was very disappointed to spend 20.00 pp for what we got. You should update your website and Grouponto be more accurate as to what your tasting will include. As Harvest Host (HH) members, we pay an annual fee for access to RV camp at breweries and vineyards nationwide. The Brewery at... Hershey is a participating member and among the best we?ve visited. We hit the patio when they opened and, as you can see inthe pic below, polished off a pitcher of Pumpkin Ale, which was finished in a merlot cask giving it the most unique flavor ofany pumpkin brew in memory. The staff was super friendly, the restrooms immaculate, appropriate social distancing and even livemusic overlooking the pond where other HH members were camping. A+ experience! Read more
