Horrible service. The girls making the pretzels were making fun of everyone ordering. The girl taking the orders wasnt kind... either. She just stood there and starred at customers till they walked up to her all confused. Wont come back untill new workersare here. They hire anyone these days. Read more

I've been coming here for a while now ! My family loves PRETZEL BITES especially cause their only located in the Mall in... Middletown . It's unfortunate when you ask for fresh Pretzels you get an attitude from employees working their especially thecrew on the 1st floor !! I spend money here and it's not cheap $12 I expect fresh Pretzels ! Little do they know I know whatfresh Pretzels taste like !! They start cleaning 2 hours prior of closing ! Not cool to lie to customers and give them old hardPretzels !!! Not a happy customer this has been done a Number of times and now it needs to be addressed !! Read more
