I came in hoping to get a quick order in grab my food to go and be out the door. However these amazingly calm and very polite... employees were slammed instantly after we walked in with an insane amount of people. They handled everything with an amazingamount of grace, patience and a calm demeanor. I commend them for keeping the atmosphere as light as they did because thepatrons behind us were extremely impatient and not very kind with what they were saying to each other. Myself my boyfriend ourgirls and my two nieces happily sat there eating our meal that we waited quite a while for because we wanted to show them thatwe did not mind waiting for the food that someone else had to cook for us because we didn't want to cook tonight. So if twoadults and four children can manage to sit calmly and be patient as well as give respect and thanks to the people that areworking so hard behind the counter so can everyone else. Just waited at drive through, expressed I wanted chicken breast in my order. Order confirmation made 3 times get home I was... given thighs, which we hate. Could not eat black and old oil. Go somewhere else. Very poor quality and service. Sadly, I'mjust reading the reviews for this location, I am too late. Read more
KFC is KFC. Naturally, this location gets slammed on Friday nights and the drive thru gets at least 10 cars deep before you get... to the menu board. For large or special/custom orders, they'll pull you up to park and bring your food to you when it is ready. Read more
The chicken was good. But the service is horrible. Took for ever I was about to walk out than I finally got some service. The... POS system wanted me to use a PIN and there was no bypass and I never use a PIN... Also the hand dryer in the bathroom wasn'tworking they said they know and there was no paper towels to use. Order placed at 1:16 pm as per receipt. Food was served at 1:36. Employees appear to have no motivation, or sense of urgency,... equating to long customer wait times. The food was as expected. No form of management appeared to be present, leadership was ata minimum, which was evident by the looks of the counter tops behind the register. The food was delicious however i was disappointed in their sanitary practicing measures. They had on masks however i saw at... least 1 where it was only over her mouth with her nose exposed. What's the sense of wearing one? In addition the same person wasonly using a glove on 1 hand and touching food with the other that wasn't gloved. The person who took my order was gloved andmasked properly however used the same gloves to handle the food orders as well as to take the money. I think this facility needsto be retrained on sanitary measures for food service. Read more
It was my first time at the KFC restaurant .I was driven by the smell of delicious fry chicken.The food was fresh and tasted... better than I expected. I like the seasoning on the chicken it was light but tasty.When I visited it had a sign asking for exactchange or credit card only. People are allowed to dine in as well as order online or get it throughout the drive thru. Read more
