Excellent customer service with a warm welcome. I came in this morning and was greeted kindly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and... used a coupon for a free donut and they had to figure it out so it could be honored. I respect their hard work in trying tofigure it out. I felt I gave more trouble than the coupon was worth. Sorry about that. The donuts were consistent as always -fresh, warm and delicious. Thanks for making my morning! Read more

If you're thinking about it, just do it!! We took our friend here as one of the stops on her birthday and each donut hit sooo... good. Never realized that we've never actually had a freshly made donut. I got Brain Bits and The Boardwalk. Warm, came apart soeasily, and DELICIOUS. We were looking forward to it because there is one opening near us in NY. Will definitely be going to theone near us when it opens! Read more
Just as good as the original in the Outer Banks. When we were deciding our order the cashier asked how many we were going to... order so he could make them fresh right then. The maple bacon is the best choice with the peanut butter chocolate a closesecond. Read more
