Looking to get a cheesesteak. Don?t go to Middletown location. Placed an order online. It took 30 minutes waiting and another 10... minutes trying get a refund. I drove 22 miles to get what used to be our favorite Italian Sub. The price of 21.99 for a large Italian is crazy and then the... sub was terrible. Little to no meat and what there was tasted nothing like an Italian Sub. That's the last time I make thattrip. The employees were great the sandwich was than a gas station sub. Read more

Capriotti's is usually good (at least the one in Glasgow). I now know why the one in Middletown gets so many "1"s on their... reviews. I just bought a medium cheese steak, which is only 10" instead of typical 12" to begin with and it was the skimpiestcheese steak I've ever had. It made Subway sandwiches look meaty. To make matters worse, they didn't put meat on the last 3" ofroll, so basically they charged me for a medium and gave me a small. I took a picture of it. Pretty bad. I won't be back. Ifmanagement cares at all, they would be digging into all the bad reviews they are getting.... Read more
Very very disappointed in my recent order. Spent $65.00 on 4 sandwiches which were meatless to say the least. What was there was... burnt and tasteless! Would not recommend wasting your money on this establishment! Read more
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. My husband and I order. 2 steak and cheese sub. They were burnt and has no meat!
Where's the meat? Hard pass! I should have read the other reviews before spending $34 on two meatless cheesesteaks.
BIG IMPROVEMENT! Hadn't eaten at Middletown location for years because on my first visit I was very disappointed with my Italian... sub. It was dry and all slapped together real sloppy.
