On Friday May 27th at 9:30 I went to Bruster?s ice cream for a regular hot fugue Sunday the menu by the drive through said... $5.85. When I got to the window the girl said $6.30 and I said but your menu says $ 5.85 so I got charged the 6.30 and I askedhow long ago the price change and she said 2 weeks ago but the manager had not changed the prices yet. There was noaccommodation for their mistake they can keep their ice cream and poor customer service. Read more
I was there the other day excited to get some ice cream when I waited and no one came to attend to me and I felt so unwelcomed... yet I came with cash ready to taste this ice cream and then I noticed non of the employees wear gloves when serving and scoopingice cream. They just laughed inside and ignored a customer! Never again Read more

Great ice cream! They have tons of options- cones, sandwiches, pies, cakes, Italian ices, you name it. They even have a drive... thru. Super friendly and fast service, and free pup cups if you've got a dog! Looking forward to trying other flavors in thefuture when I'm traveling through the area.
