Good food, the Moonlight Habachi for two was excellent, really delicious. The sushi I ordered wasn't so good. (It has sashimi &... a california roll) very simple no to much flavored. This is by far the best sushi in all of the state of CT. You can get anything from regular rolls, special rolls, sushi/sashimi a... la carte and even the sushi entrees or chirashi, everything will be fresh, delicious, with a great variety of fish at areasonable price. I got the chicken yakitori (takeout) which was tasty, reminded me of chicken on a skewer at a fair. I also got the strawberry... bubble tea which has a nice flavor, the only downside is that there are no bubbles in it. Overall good food! Read more

I am surprised at just how many really great places we have to eat in CT! This one is no exception. I couldn't tell you how long... they have been in this location, but I know I've passed it by many of times regardless of how short or may be? Oh right, therefood. Yeah, amazing! I thought that I had found the best sushi place already, have been going for years, trying a few othersalong the way not comparing. Until now! Hachi is a real player. Now I wish I could remember what's rolls are what and I guess Icould write them down, but i'm getting there. One here is the Hachi Kaze roll. The other I just can't remember. Either way bothrolls are amazing! Some of the best I've had. Full of flavor and spice. As you may know i'm not a fan of spicey hot, or hot forthe sake of hot and these are, but I would certainly order these again! I know i'm skipping to the main course without takingabout the starter. This may have been a special, I can't remember. Which ever it was they were equally great. Watching thedishes come out to the other tables I don't think this place has a bad dish. I wanted everything I saw pass by! And what seemedto come out most was a Teriyaki Chicken that looked like none I've seen before. Next time that will definitely be on theorder. Dessert was not the usual mindless boring chitchat. A mascarpone base dessert in a chocolate shell and I forget the hotliquid poured over it was a great delight. Ordered delivery for the first time with DoorDash. I wanted to try a new sushi place and saw that Hachi had a lot of reviews so... I decided to try it out. The order took about 45mins to be made and delivered. Very impressed by the presentation and qualityof the special rolls I received. However, two rolls I ordered were supposed to have lobster, but I'm pretty sure it was justshrimp. I would consider ordering delivery again in the future. Read more
