Great place with a full regular and vegan menu. You can grab the same items on either side. You can't do that at most places.... There are usually vegan options but more of a specialty. This place takes care of the entire family. Very reasonable prices. Iwish they would bring their business down to New London. We drive at least 45 minutes every so often just to eat there! My wife and I were walking to a different restaurant but saw this cool ?wings and vegan? branded minivan and said, that would be... cool place to eat. A few meters away we saw B&B Wings and Things. Marc greeted us with a huge smile and said trash me, you?lllove our food. We orders one vegan wing with sweet heat Thai chili which was very tasty. Main courses were Philly Cheese SteakGrinder and Pesto Chicken Panini. We had onion rings and fries that were super tasty and fresh. We highly suggest if you are inMiddletown. Read more
I've been to B&B five or six times in the past 6 months. Every time I am blown away by how great the whole experience is. The... vegan chicken wings are incredible. My girlfriend and I usually get 3 wings each, with a side of fries and a chocolate chipcookie. Everything tastes delicious and a place that has such a variety of vegan options is unique to this area. I will becoming back time and time again, the owners/chefs are so sweet. They genuinely care about the food they are serving and thecustomers they serve it to. Read more
Place is often closed and never posted on website or when you call. When asked what is up, the owner was rude and passive... aggressive that is is posted to social media, which when I checked it was not. It takes 1 minute to update your voice-mailmessage to say we are closed the week of or day or whatever. Do better at customer service, what a disappointment. Edited forresponse: As you can see the professional level BB Wings and things conducts itself by reading the response, writing in all caps(shouting) trying defend a position they never claimed to have, if there was extenuating circumstances that is one thing, but ifyou had time to respond to my email that day, you had plenty of time to be courteous to those that wish to visit your place byupdating your voicemail (taking less than a minute) and website to reflect closure. I was pointing out how to provide bettercustomer service, instead you proved you do not care. So be it, and for passive aggressive, I quote "Please note, our socialmedia and Google business page(s) have reflected that we are closed this week. Advance notice was provided."
