I WON?T go Back!! ! And probably would not go to another IHOP thinking the food is going to be as bad as it was Middleton WI.... ?.:: The service all depends on a good wait person. That to begin with was horrible. She WAS NOT friendly!! No smile! No askingif we need refills on drinks.. waters? No thank you for choosing that IHOP. Or the nice size tip given to her.. when she reallydeserved nothing!!! Or, no thank from her while she herded us out the door so she could lock the doors behind us at 7:40p, whenon the door it said open till 10? Thats when we realized why she was not caring about serving us.. we were the only customers inthe restaurant.. she wanted us out quickly so she could lock up? The FOOD?.HORRIBLE.. . Nothing like what I remember of qualityand taste at a IHOP? .. the eggs? disgusting..! tasted like they were rancid.. and were they real eggs. I don?t think so.. waytoo thick for eggs? . solid, and tasted horrible..fake!! my daughter found a couple little green particles in her scrambledeggs.. the pancakes, well, VERY dry and solid. YOU COULD HAVE THROWN THEM LIKE A FRISBEE? Not a pancake taste to them. Almostlike they were from freezer to heated.. Not fresh? I will give this Middleton IHOP A ZERO.. Read more
Amina was great training a very respectful new guy (Ted I believe). Definitely short staff but who isn?t? They were attentive,... warm, and simply just good ol? customer service. Great food and equally great service. 20 min wait to be seated went by quick. Food came out quickly after ordering and our... server was awesome. Food is consistently good at IHOP. Will be back again. Read more
Our server was nice. But the food was alright. My omelet was pretty good aside from the extra chick in added to it. The chicken... tasted ?off? and was over cooked. As for the pancake with turkey bacon, it was pretty good! Simple and fun. Unfortunately, theservice was pretty slow despite the fact that there weren?t many customers present. Read more
Came to eat for child's birthday. Changed hours closing at 8pm. Got there 10 minutes before that so to be polite we asked if we... could just order take out. Told no because they already turned grill off. So frustrating. I work in restaurant industry aswell. Grill does not get shut off until closing!!! Read more

Me and my wife are very observant and critical when we go out to eat. This establishment is by far, the cleanest, friendliest... IHOP I've ever been to. Very clean, friendly hostess and waiter, and the Spicy Pablano Omelette was outstanding. Amazing job,keep up the great work! Read more
This is the better of the two IHOPs in the area, definitely go to this one if you have a choice. The food is good and the hosts... and servers are a lot friendlier than the ones in the Madison IHOP. Read more
