What a lovely experience this place turned out to be. After a day of scaring up the crowds at horror convention my boyfriend and... I got out of costume and headed to Captain Pizza with a friend randomly to fill our starving bellies. Not only was the servicetop notch and the food delicious (I devoured a small pizza in one sitting which never happens) The Captains himself sat downwith us and chatted over some complimentary root beers. The new owner has really stepped it up! He hand breads all of his chicken tenders, makes his own meatballs, and makes his own... pizza dough daily and he was even making his own mozzarella cheese! If you like Italian thin crust pizza ask for the handtossed pizza! The place also has beer and wine now! Give this place a chance and you won?t be disappointed! Read more

A tucked away spot that is actually easy to get too! My thoughts is this restaurant is great all around. Food is priced fair,... better than most in area. Deliveries are on time and food is still hot. Friendly atmosphere with great customer service. ThePizza is delicious everytime I get it, the subs are so worth the commute or wait time on delivery you'll want seconds. My atmosphere rating is only because the food and staff are so superior to a "pizza joint" .... Yes anywhere. The owners have... taken the time to select a fantastic variety of craft beers..including some odd Belgian sours. Read more
