They are always too busy and sometimes give out wrong info on products, and was not comfortable when I couldnt get a receipt at... one point after using my credit card when purchasing food inside establishment. Staff can be not so friendly when things are toobusy and its a hot mess. They need to hire more workers.. Read more

I went to the drive thru for a big breakfast that I have been wanting to get for the past week. In the fast it has always my go... to. This morning I got to work, opened the container. Much to my surprise the biscuit has this white what looked like flour onthe top sides and the bottom. Being in the food industry, I have seen this before and it's often mistaken for mold. Not thistime. If the biscuit was warm and soft, I would tend to say it was flour. It was hard as a rock with the white spots. I touchedthe spots trying to identify what it might be. They did diminish slightly but looked in my opinion very similar to mold. Iimmediately called the restaurant to tell the staff so no one else gets the moldy biscuit. They person I spoke to said that wascommon and was not mold. She wanted me to return for a new breakfast but I could not. She said she would speak to the kitchenstaff about it and I guess she went to check while I was on the phone. The "white stuff is a given and always looks like that "is what I was told. Would I have called if all my other biscuits looked like that in the past? My main concern was othercustomers. I was not looking for anything free or even a replacement breakfast. I was told earlier in the conversation to comeback anytime but not name was never taken so I can be identified. I am not satisfied with how this was handled. SLOW, Slow, slow, I have been to this McDonald's a few times and they see to be disorganized. I made two orders and the one I... made last came out first but a long wait. I had to tell them that my other order still hasn't come yet. Finally they found theorder and prepared it. Like I said slow, slow ,slow. The double cheeseburgers were tasty as well as the kids meal. The food is the same as any McDonald's in the area. They have 2 drive thru ordering areas to alleviate the long lines but they... still come together to the same pay windows and pick up windows. Inside they have touch screen menus to customize any orders andyou can pay with credit card or Samsung/Google/Apple Pay as well. You can also choose to pay cash at the register. The serviceis decently quick but mostly because I'm here during non peak hours. Read more

Recently opened McDonald's restaurant so the interior is very new, bright and clean. Has a slimmed down counter in favor of a... number of touch screen ordering devices placed by the seating area. One of the pluses is that you can pay credit or via mobile(Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) right at the kiosk or with cash at the counter. Staff seemed friendly enough and had smilesthroughout the time waiting for my order. They have special parking for mobile customers as well as a reserve spot in case thedrive-thru is busy. They also have one of the newer drive-thrus with the double lanes. Overall a nicely done new McDonald's. Read more
