We tried to order last night. It was around 9:50. We pull up in the drive thru, we see people inside, and we waited to order.... When someone spoke instead of saying, "Welcome to Rallys, may I take your order". He said, "We're closed". Read more
I come to Middlesboro several times a year on business, each time I stop at Rally's there is some kind of excuse of why I can't... get served the machines down or the internet's down or something , or they tell you to come back in 10 minutes you come back in10 minutes the man in front of you comes out with a big bag of food and they say oh I'm sorry our machine's still down well howdid the guy in front of me get his food if the machines down? Honestly one of the worst places I?ve eaten. Food terrible? fries were good. I waited for a solid 10 minutes just to order.... Workers were rude and very inexperienced. My burger was cold. Buns tasted stale. And every time I went it was a different price.And the only Rally?s/ Checker?s I know that doesn?t stay open till 4 in the morning. Read more
