Food delicious and is always hot and freshly made. Fast, friendly service.
We were in town from Texas and stopped at this little sandwich shop. Wasn't expecting a cheesesteak to be as good as I have had... in Philadelphia. But really it was even better. The lovely lady taking our order added the extra requests for our order and wassuper sweet. You can expect us everytime we are in town. Had a issue with an order the owner personally reach out to me and got it handled in under a day.
The menu board is not up to date. Make sure you order what you want by name not off the board. I ordered a chicken Philly #6.... Apparently that is not what a number 6 is now, it is the Italian sub I believe. The person working the drive thru caught that myhusband's was not the right one but not mine. That being said my husband's sub whatever it was was not good. We paid over $30for two people and the waffle fries were all that were really good in the meal. Save your money and find a Subway. This may be my last time at Mr. Hero. The prices have soared yet they've cut back on the actual product. Pictures provided are... a small order of Onion Petals - they didn't even fill up the mini paper holder - at $5, this is a huge rip off. They didn'teven fill the drink up all the way. Almost $30 for a couple of sandwiches, sad sides and an almost full drink - could have atelike a King at McDonald's for half that price. Sorry guys, I think I'm done. I know inflation is hitting everyone hard butgeeeez, you'd have to be an idiot to continue paying double the price for half of the food. Read more
Check your order! I went thru an hour ago, got home and instead of a Roman, ended up cheeseburger. 3 people in line, meaning 2... of us got wrong order. Called to let them know and the response was, thanks for telling us. lol Read more
