It's Wendy's, the baseline is good burgers at a consistent standard. You can tell that this specific location was hit hard by... the lack of work force in low paying positions. Chicken sandwiches that were often awesome were tough. Burgers with stale buns.Limp, almost soggy fries (tried them as i pulled away from the pay window). Wendy's is good, it's a gamble if this place willmeet the standard on your visit. I don't blame the workers at all for this. X amount of people are needed to do a job, andpeople underpaid tend to become disenfranchised with their work. Until management here solves those issues, there will likely bean issue with your order. Service was good. Salads used to have 2 sizes but no options for that here. Also used to include two dressings and two bags of... pecans for the large apple salad. Read more
This Wendy 's is usually the cleanest most accurate Wendy's in the area but at my visit they didn't put lettuce on my BigBacon... Classic. And when you pay $12+ for a singular "fast food" combo you expect the basics to be covered. Read more
RUDE! Guy had his window open but I had to wait a good 4 or 5 minutes for him to finally be done texting on his phone for him to... eventually take my money. He did not speak one word to me during our entire interaction. And it was also raining so I had mywindow down all that time and water was getting into my car. Then wait for my food, and they had no line and the dining area wasclosed so not due to customers inside. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, when I opened the sandwich that he threwin bag it was a piece of chicken on a bun nothing else. He could've threw a napking in there but whatever he literally openedthe window handed me the bag and slammed the window closed as I was saying thankyou. so rude, they need new staff. I never makereviews and it's Wendy's it's fast food but if you apply for a job where you deal with customers and you don't like people thenyou have no business even applying there. If I could give less than one star I would. No one in line but us, so not like it was rush hour. They managed to screw up our... order and forgot our side of potatoes, the diet coke tasted like it was filtered through a sock, messy preparation on the food,and the mayonnaise used on one of the sandwiches (which was the wrong sandwich to begin with) was clearly chunky and expired.Inedible....worst breakfast service ever... I generally bypass this Wendy?s due to the long lines and 20 to 30 minute wait times. Today?no cars! I stopped and got a... Southwest salad. It was delicious and portions were very good for a half order. I also got the $5 bag. Again not as hot as onewould like but satisfactory. The employee at the window was less than enthusiastic. Could hear him griping to other staffmembers about the car behind me ordering four $5 bags. Customer service here must not be a priority. But I understand how hardit is to actually get people to work anymore. Read more
This is exactly how our sandwiches were provided to me and my friend. We just lifted the buns and didn?t move a thing. The jr... bacon cheeseburger had a single (tiny) leaf of lettuce, the patty was over cooked?it was all just thrown together. This wastowards closing time so maybe it?s just a one off thing, this place is usually great in terms of food. Read more
Every time I?ve gone there the food is stale and fries are cold. It is the only one by our house so I?ve given it a few chances... but definitely will not go again. Horrible service. Read more
