Every time I go there the Man that takes my order is always polite I love his customer service today I ordered a roast beef... sandwich except I don?t eat bread I ask if I could get it in a wrap even tho I was prepared for him to say they couldn?t make itbut he didn?t he put my order in the exact way I wanted it for that I will like to say thanks a lot I definitely will continueto eat at Arby?s ???? Happy hour was $1 and their window sticker says $1 but they charged me 1.39 per slider. I asked why and they said their happy... hour prices went up to 1.39 each. Take your sticker down or be honest. Idk if it?s still 1$ but when the window sticker is stillup you have to honor the price. 3 stars because food is good and service is good. Read more
Food was acceptable. The gyro was over seasoned and way too salty. I called at 8 to find out what time they closed, was told... ten. Arrived at 9:20, the doors were locked and the Manager who was standing behind the counter dropped down and hid. Read more
They were fast, clean and courteous, plus there dinning room is open if your in a truck.
Food is good, predictable. Customer service...ehhh. I asked for light ice. I raised my drink, which was full of ice, asked... if that was light ice? Hard to break my routine of stopping for buffalo sliders before work. This place has a quick drive-thru. The food is always... fresh and hot & the only con is every one in a while my drpepper will be watery syrup and no napkins. Otherwise, my favorite. Read more
