I'm really not sure who, if anyone, is in charge of scheduling or ordering for this location, but they need to be replaced. It... seems they are constantly and consistently understaffed and 90% of the time they are missing ingredients. I personally try toavoid this one as much as possible. Unfortunately, when ordering delivery online it does not give you options for which locationyou would like it from and simply chooses the closest one to your house. Read more
It was July 18 at 2pm. The thin woman with a ponytail their was so rude and was not accommodating with us. She was putting trays... of bread like she was mad at something. It gave us an impression that she doesn't want to serve us just couldn't say itdirectly. It was a bad experience. Bad service. Bad attitude for a food attendant that is in food industry. So unbecoming andunfriendly. She needs to be reminded that this is a field of business and not her own kitchen. Read more
Terrible service, the workers threw the food, they spoke ugly to me and other clients. They were both disrespectful, how can... they tell me that I can't put what I want on the sandwich I'm paying for? Would never recommend. Not to sound like a Karen or whatever but I would not recommend this place. They forgot most of our... ingredients, food was dry, and it was spent for 49$. We ordered this from door dash and we never have such a bad experience fromthis app. They need to replace the employees for doing such a poor job. Read more
Ordered online.. 6? BLT came as a foot long BMT (which is pepperoni, salami, and ham, not at all similar to a BLT).. got the new... turkey avocado wrap.. there was no avocado. BF got spicy Italian, but they were out of whole grain and the white bread theyreplaced it with looked way undercooked and pale. Read more
Poor customer service two days in a row first day had to wait almost 30 minutes to wait on the lady to finish talking to some... friends not paying customers before she would take my order then burnt the sandwich in a hurry to get back to conversation.The.
