My wife and I came inside to order. I went to the cash register and the lady told me to order at a kiosk. I asked her why she... couldn?t simply place our orders at the cash register? My wife was at the kiosk and she informed the lady that it was notworking. The lady then decided to place our orders on the cash register. As soon as it was my wife?s turn to place her order,the lady laughed at her because she was requesting a peanut butter drink without any added coffee. This reaction was completelychildish of that lady. I cannot believe she was laughing at us because of a simple request. The manager who was a man also cameto take my wife?s order and he also laughed. After we paid for our order, I went to speak with the manager and told him that heshould be respectful to customers and that his attitude, along with his worker was completely discourteous. Customersatisfaction should always be a priority in businesses, especially when customers were kindly requesting or asking for somethingregarding their foods/beverages. It is not hard to simply put in a little effort for your customers. We will never be comingback here again and I am certain this place will not stand soon. Read more
Came early this morning. Waited at the window for more than 5 minutes as the manager yelled at one of his employees for what I... over heard was her having her phone either in her pocket or being on her phone. She explained to him she had a child & needed itclose. The manager continued to yell at her in-front of me. regardless the situation, it wasn?t ok. As a manager you?re supposeto be professional. This is the closest Dunkin to my house. Every time I want coffee I have to wait 20 minutes in drive through. They are always... short staffed. They close the inside a lot and only the drive thru will be open. Also, I watched a girl lick her finger afteradding whip cream to the top of my drink. Then she continued to make my drink. They told us that they wouldn't do hot food at 6pm because they needed to have their oven shut down that early to clean it.... That's an hour and a half before they closed. I called a different dunkin and asked how long it took to clean their oven. 10minutes, from cool down to final clean. It was confirmed that I was lied to. Very poor employees, even poorer management. Drive thru. Using app ordered specific donuts totaling 1 dozen. Get to the window and have to remind the lady we had a dozen... donuts with our coffee and bacon. Get home - some of the specified missing and substituted with (?). A bit of communicationcould have been helpful here. Donuts were tasty and coffee was piping hot, so not a major complaint. Read more
This Dunkin always makes the drinks well but the customer service is literally abysmal. It?s rare to get someone here that?s... friendly. No one smiles, and when you?re basically greeted with an attitude that makes you feel as if you?re bothering them forordering?it kind of stinks. Just smile a bit, heck you may even feel better too. Depending on what you order here food wise this place is a hit or miss. I never get the wake up wraps anymore because most of... the time they are not prepared and/or cooked correctly. I do love their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I have never had anissue and it always taste good. Also, I really wish they would come back out with the steak egg and cheese bagel. I see why people order at the drive through. The process inside for ordering is asinine. Pay with CC at a robot kiosk and you?ll... feel like you?re holding up the line trying to find what you want and having to read through each step. Or, pay with cash at theregister which is unattended because the staff is overwhelmed with drive through and kiosk orders. Or, wait in the drive throughwhich clogs up traffic and makes it impossible to get to the parking in the back. I could tell the staff wasn?t very happy andseemed annoyed by their service delivery process. Read more
