I ordered in the afternoon a med nugget platter for pick up at 6-615. Prepaid so I could just run in and pick it up. Got there... at 630. No order. Had to wait for them to make it. Why did I have to preorder and pay. Could have just went threw the drivethru. Had to wait almost 20 min to get the order. That was supposed to be ready 15 min before I got there. Went inside with my little family for lunch yesterday and had a great time as always here at Chic Fil A! Ms Debbie was so sweet... and accommodating to us. She remembered my name, which is rare anymore when you go places, which made me feel at home. She wasworking so hard to ensure every single customer had what they needed and more. EDIT: Came through the drive through last nightand I will never return again. Upon arriving at the window for my food, I asked for a moist towelette to which the young womaninside laughed at us for asking for one, suppose that?s funny right? Yea no. She slammed them in the hand of the gentlemenhanding us our food and he looked so embarrassed. The other lady was dropping drinking cups and I assume everyone?s drink atsome point touches an unsanitary floor. Wow Chic Fil A. On top of that, our chicken was raw and fries were terrible. Couldn?teven get refunded for just the chicken and fries. We took video and pictures, I will be posting on social media, so yea if theymess up your food they will not refund you. Had given this store 5 stars but after todays meal i have to lower it. The meals and my chicken tortilla soup was cold and the... nuggets for my kids did not look good. Have had way better food/presentation before not sure what's going on. ???? Read more
