You should really tell patrons that you charge $6 for two cups of coffee. Had we known, we would not have any. The food was... great. Came out quickly and hot and was VERY good. However, our table was sticky, our waitress didn?t greet us or bring uscoffee, another waitress did when I asked her for some, and we were charged additionally for sides that menu said were included.We would have disputed the charges but everyone was in the dance party sounding kitchen talking about Liquid Death and mortgagerates. Host was as enthusiastic as a door knob. The loud banging music from the kitchen gave a nightclub vibe which was competing with... the softer music in the restaurant as well as the sounds of other guests and waitstaff. Lots to process in the audio department.The food came out so fast and so hot I didn't have time to even have a sip of my drink so no complaint there... The main dishwas great but the home fries were not good, seemed just barely warmed on the griddle. The waitress was nice enough but when Itried to use a gift card it turned into a fiasco. Food and staff pretty good. Food is delicious but on occasion lacked some salt/seasoning. Wait staff kind, friendly, and... responsive. Waitress smiled and welcomed us which was pleasing to see which doesn't happen often anymore. Read more
I waited all day until I knew the restaurant wouldn?t be busy to call & ask a simple question and the girl who answered the... phone answered in such a monotonous tone. Previously working in the restaurant industry myself, I understand how you can betired after a shift. But you should still answer the phone and represent your business with a better tone. She didn?t even seemto know the answer to my question- she gave me more of a quick guess and when I tied say bye and have a good day, she just hungup on me before I could even get the words out. I haven?t eaten here in a while. But I definitely won?t be for quite some timeafter an interaction like that just over the phone. I can?t imagine how they must treat customers in person when it?s busy?especially after reading some of the other reviews on here. Read more
DON?T ORDER TAKE OUT!! Yesterday I picked up food from there when I got all the way home just to realize that my home fries were... so hot it had burnt a hole and the plastic melted on the potato?s. We go to Percy's in Kingston all the time. Sometimes we go to the Percy's in Wareham. The food is always the same no matter what... purchase. You can't beat how many really good items they have on the menu. My husband and I recently discovered their endlessegg options and are really enjoying trying different styles that we don't usually make at home. I don't remember our waitressesname but she could have been more into her job. She looked very downtrodden and was not attentive at all. Maybe she was justhaving a bad day. Read more
