The food was cold , send soup back and it still was not warm enough! Short rib dinner was cold throughout, meat potato and... vegetables. This was a big disappointment! Do not order delivery from them. I love Friendly's but EVERY SINGLE time I order delivery, they cannot get my order correct.... Every single time, I have been missing something that I ordered and customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. Maybe it'smy fault for going back, but this isn't rocket science. I'm missing food that I paid for and I am not happy. Not to mention, Icannot get a hold on anyone in the store. Extremely frustrating. Fix this Friendly's and learn customer service. Read more

Food was very good;. I had a great salad and the service was good. HOWEVER! We discovered that Friendly's corporate office has... decided that it doesn't value its 65+ customers. There are no longer any free sundaes for the elderly. There is a limited menuwhich will get you a free sundae, but not your age. Apparently those of us that built the name brand into what it was are nolonger valued. Read more
My wife and I went to try and have dinner. We got seated quick and got soda but when it came time for food,it took 45 minutes... for the app to come out and or food was about 30 minutes after that. When it came time to pay we got the wrong bill and when wegot the right one it was $50.34 for nothing special it's Friendly s had to ask someone else to get a to go box. Waitress was great, only 1 server working, no one greeted us, management not helping server at all. Manager could have helped... taking drink orders, greeting people and maybe even clearing tables. Good luck keeping wait staff with no management to supportthem Read more
Just as good as I remember it being when I was younger! Clean interior and the limited staff worked hard to serve everyone.... Disappointed that they have removed the tuna melt from their menu, but the food and ice cream are still awesome! Read more
Food was great... Waitress not so much... Some people make you wonder why they bother working when their miserable no matter... what their doing.. Those kind of people belong in a warehouse away from the public ... If your not happy why do it... As usualthe family just ignored the unhappy waitress and ordered our food and had a great lunch and a great time together ??... We madethe atmosphere better than what we walked in to.... Read more
