Absolutely love this location. The food and coffee are great. The service is wonderful!
Service is consistently good at this Dunks location. Only complaint is that the quality of Dunks' coffee has gone down a bit the... past few years... Always seems to taste burnt. It's like that at every location though, not just here. Never have an issue withmy orders here. Food comes out as ordered. Drinks made as asked. Saw someone catch my wife's drink made wrong a few days back,chuck it, and ask someone to make it again. Appreciate that attention to detail. Read more
On the go orders are never ready. They always have an excuse as to why it?s not. Expect me to wait in line to tell them I?m... waiting for an on the go order. What?s so on the go about having to stand in lines and waiting? The manager is rude along with80% of the staff. The others are just deers in headlights.
