Worst experience I?ve ever had in customer service. Messed up our order in multiple ways. We waited 30 mins for one meal. They... told us that the order wasn?t in their system and they couldn?t find it after we sat there and waited 30 mins. They were allstanding in a circle talking through their head sets, staring and laughing at us so obviously. Extremely uncomfortableexperience. Wouldn?t recommend going there ever. Not very personable at all, and very rude. They need to train their new staffbetter aswell. Read more
The quality of the food is always great, although their drive thru times are just awful, doesn't matter the time of day or how... busy they are their drive thru is just painfully slow even when no one else is there. Staff experience kind of varies, somestaff are lovely and some are iffy Read more
While going through the drive through I was waiting quite awhile but they were busy which was to be expected. To the blonde... haired girl who helped give me my food she was amazing very polite, kind , and seemed like she had really great customer serviceskill, the other girl with the red in her hair not so much , she took my payment and then when I said I had not received my foodonly drinks she glared at me , then continued to glare at me while I waited.. also did not say a word to me when I pulled up norwhen I pulled away. I was disappointed. Normally I am quite pleased. I know they were busy but both of my eggs yokes were broken (l wanted easy... over )and Watching the cook put the bacon on the plate with their fingers im pretty sure was not according to protocol. I'llgive the benefit of the doubt but that is strike one. Read more
I love A&w but will never get delivery again if they keep using door dash. Buddy dropped my order in front hall of building and... didn?t even ring my bell. I happen to see him drive up and walk to door then no ring. Went down and got it before it walkedaway. Idiots! Read more
So, I'll start with the wins. Their new root beer sweet cream smoothie thing is the best thing they've ever put out.... Unbelievably delicious. I also very much enjoy their chicken sandwich, and it's quality is fairly consistent. New location issmall, but tidy and clean. A few pieces of feedback - they have the potential to have the most delicious onion rings, but theyput way too much of the seasoning salt on them. The ones we had tonight were actually to the point of being inedible. I was alsoshocked at the pricing - I had a combo with a sandwich, onion rings and a smoothie thing. My husband had just a basic burger andour bill was nearly $30 which seems crazy to me. We will be more cautious next time of what we order. Read more
