I just discovered Up N Smoke recently when I moved to the area. Everything I have tried has been delicious and very reasonably... priced. I plan to try everything on the menu. I rate Up N Smoke between a three and four. The pulled pork sandwich was tasty and my favorite of the order. The wings were... alright but was hoping for a smoked or grilled but we're fried. The ribs are spare ribs that are a bit tough by nature, they hadgood flavor and cooked well; I probably won't get those ribs again. their sauce was tasty and seemed to have some red hot'ssauce in it. The shack is small and best to call in ahead of stopping in unless you have 10-20 minutes to chill in your car.There are a couple picnic tables outside. The workers were nice and courteous. Read more
I ordered on July 10th on a friday night so some families may have still been getting food for fourth of July so the main... problems could probably be attributed to the higher amount of people ordering food from there, those problems including beingable to get ahold of someone to order over phone, having our order receivement time be 25 minutes later than anticipated, andsome of our items being wrong and some missing. That being said, the quantity of food we got for the price is very hard to beat,the small tips was 9 dollars and both the chicken and rib variants had a good amount of sauce, and took up half of a regularsized takeout tray. The brisket sandwich however was a good texture, although the small sandwich has a rather cheap bun, but thelarger sandwich has a much better bun. The fries were pretty good, although they were unsalted which for me is just aninconvenience. All in all I probably won't go back for a while, but I don't necessarily regret trying it since their portionswere so large. Read more
Tip.... The doors close 15 min early so get there way before that. Nice sized portions and really great prices. The pork was... delicious and moist. The sides were very tasty. I would definitely consider this a hidden gem. Read more
