We just ordered about 5 minutes ago in the drive through. The guy was passive aggressive and we didn?t even get half he food we... ordered. Thanks bud. And no, I did not enjoy the luke warm Pepsi. Update: Just went to the Long John Silvers down the road.Didn?t want to go back, wasn?t worth it. Long John Silvers was fire as hell and we actually got what we ordered. I went to pick up food for a sick person and waited 42 minutes in the drive thru before getting to the window. There was even a... person who got out of the car walked inside and received her order before her friend got to order. In fact the woman left. Itseems that Taco Bell has decided that delivery apps are far more important than the people at the window or counter. I really felt for the employees working there. They were obviously very understaffed. There must have been a grubhub or DoorDash... order that was ridiculously long. I stopped in the drive-thru because there was only one car in front of me, but it took over 25minutes. This particular Taco Bell has quite the reputation for a long wait in the drive-thru. I figured if one car I was safe.I was wrong. Definitely not the employees fault though. I ordered through the Drive thru because the lobby was closed. I ordered 2 black bean crunch wrap supreme, 1 chicken quesadilla... and 1 black bean chalupa. It was made perfectly and the black beans were added appropriately. The lady who took the order wasvery good at hearing and she did not even once misheard the order. Read more
