Very disappointed. Bathroom doors were laying on the floor in the men's bathroom. Saw a review from a month ago reporting the... same issue. Food for 4 took about 20 minutes. There was no one else in the store. Did not get our beverages until we were donewith our meal. All while the employees were in their phones. We will not be stopping in again And don't get me started on kioskordering, asking you to get your food at the counter, and then asking for a tip. Read more
In all sincerity this place needs inspection from the board of health. The floors are so impregnated with a thick layer of... grime, food and spills on the floor, cold food, filthy kiosk, broken door in men's washroom laying across the stall, feces allover the other stall, cook closest to the counter wearing ear buds couldn't hear me asking a question, and over dose of salt onmeat. Would not let my handicapped friend use women's washroom as fearful what could be in there. Oh, almost forgot, benches areloose in the booths so major caution. Sad because other steak and shakes are very good just this one needs serious attention. Read more
Food was quick and good. I would like to request that management pay more attention to the bathrooms. There was feces and urine... on the toilets of the women's bathroom and toilet paper laying on the floor. My husband said the men's bathroom was just as badwith one of the doors completely broken and off the hinges. We had to go somewhere else just to use restrooms. If we would haveused the bathrooms before eating, we wouldn't have eaten there! Read more
The food tasted fresh but they messed up our order. Forgot fries and cheese, made vanilla shake instead of chocolate,... unsweetened tea instead of sweet... probably won't return. Our order was $35 and that's too much money to not get what wewanted. Read more
Delicious freshly made burgers and really great service. This is the neatest/cleanest location I've been to. ???? The burgers... were so good but was happily impressed by the chocolate milkshake. I don't normally order milkshakes but my bf was craving one.So glad this is close to the highway and that we got to dine in on a late night drive to Michigan. Awful! We ordered 3 double cheeseburger combos for $6.99. 1 coke, 2 rootbeers. We got home to find they gave us 3 Frisco melt... combos, which were $8.99 each. The 2 rootbeers were just soda water with no rootbeer flavoring, so that went down the sink asit was undrinkable. I called twice since I've been home, only to get a generic answering machine message that does not even sayit is Steak and Shake. That's why i called twice, because I didn't know for sure if I dialed right since it did not say that.Also, there was no indication my message recorded, so I am not real confident anything will be done to fix this since I can'tsee them returning my call. I paid at 1:42 pm. It is now 2:24pm. We did not drive back there with the wrong food since we wereall the way in our home, so we attempted to eat it, and the food was nasty! This Frisco sandwich was on big, super greasypieces of toast. My fingers looked like I dipped them in cooking oil from holding it. That was the most gross thing ever. So Igot billed for $28.86 for three grease laden toast sandwiches and only one of 3 drinks. My bill, had my order been correct,should have been about $22.44. I wear reading glasses, so I did not inspect the receipt when it was handed to me with the foodin the drive through, nor did I look in the bag. I didn't want to hold up the line. I should have because I feel very sickafter eating that food. So the lesson here is don't worry about holding up that line while you root through your purse for yourreading glasses, examine the receipt, then verify what is in the bag is what you ordered, and do not pull away until you unwrapyour straw and test the beverage to be sure it is what it should be. With prices so inflated now, orders absolutely must be donecorrectly! I'm very disappointed. Read more
