This is hands-down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They we?re out of multiple things that I had ordered. I asked for a... refund and got belittled by the so-called manager. The girl at the counter was nice, but the older lady who was the manager argued with me about my order. I always add a double... shot and extra ice to my frappucino. She nearly refused to do it saying it would change the taste and that the extra ice ruinsthe blender...what?? I order this regularly at the Valpo location and they have no problems. They don't have sanitizer or a bathroom to wash your hands. After opening the same door everyone uses, they want you to eat food... and not have a way to clean your hands. I just called 4 of my patients today to tell them they have covid. I am NOT sorry forthe harsh review. Read more
In my experience, I gathered it was quiet and cozy inside, yet customers would rather sit outside in the sun. The man who took... my order was a bit slow, asking me what I ordered three times. I didn't mind that much, but as someone who is in a hurry Iwouldn't put him at front. He was very friendly and kind and so was the other two who were working that day. Read more
My drink was made twice with the same cream after I informed the employee quietly and nicely that the cream was curdling. She... told me no it was settling. She made it over and it was 1 part cream, 2 parts water, the rest cream and ice. I did not get theextra shot of espresso as ordered. I stirred the drink with a stirrer and pulled out a napkin and wiped off the curded milk.When I went to try and get a refund the cashier acted like i was invisible and continued to take those after me. Needless to sayI ended up throwing my drink away and had nothing when I left. For someone who has drank Starbucks since 1996 I was quitedisappointed. Being that I have ordered drinks like this or similar to be told there was nothing wrong with it and no onechecked the cream was concerning. Read more
