There's always something to be said about Sonic's unique and diverse menu items. I love to get a Super Sonic breakfast burrito... with tots or cheddar peppers for dinner. Burgers are always good. Chicken is better than most ff places. The Philly sandwich wasnot great but could have been a location or shift fluke. Read more
We ordered an Oreo/Reese's shake (as advertised,) and a strawberry cheesecake shake from the Michigan city location... We waited... a good five minutes for the strawberry cheesecake shake, only to be handed a sandwich... We told the girl in the drive throughwe didn't want the sandwich, we wanted the shake, and she just stared at us like we were idiots and kept stating, "well I have acheese steak."... When we went to fill out the survey on the receipt that you are guaranteed to receive, we realized it wasn'teven legible due to the lack of ink on the paper, but I did notice the upcharge on the Oreo/Reese's shake (which again, wasalready advertised to have both in it, so essentially I was double charged while also paying for a sandwich that I didn'torder.). The food I got for me and my husband his sandwich did not have tartar for a fish sandwich and the fish was hard and his onion... rings was dark and too hard to chew and my sandwich that I got was the chicken and I didn't have the extra mail I wanted I hadvery little mayo and lettuce so needless to say was not happy with it. worst meal I had in a week... Drinks are 5 stars here, food is a star. Ordered Jumbo popcorn chicken and chili cheese tots, it was all cold. Wife got the... chicken zinger. It was a tiny chicken strip on a large bun. Slashies were on point though. Grab yourself a slushie from here andhit the Burger King down the street where the food is hot, fresh, and delicious... which is where I ended up after giving uptrying to eat the sub-par food at Sonic. Worst sonic store there is I was told my items couldn?t be refunded by a ?manager? then told by another after driving 30 min... that the information wasn?t correct after being told by corporate that I would get my money back they didn?t want to refund theamount that corporate told me. Was not apologetic at all. I won?t be back. My items were not cooked well at all. All I wantedwas a refund at the time of sale and I was given the run around and lied to by people. Trash store. A very confusing experience. We ordered their grilled cheeseburgers. The website shows the Texas Toast as, well, toasted, but we... were given ours on untoasted white bread. New staff who didn?t know to cook the bread? Also they?re a bit pricier than otherfast food places. Read more
