Oh man do I wish this cafe was close to my hometown of Nashville, TN. Everything is made from scratch. I've tasted pretty much... everything on the menu. Runnnnnnnnn to get your meal here!!! I was in town for business and starving. It was before 11am and I didnt want breakfast... food so I checked this place out. The customer service was amazing....menu options were plentiful and the environment was warmand inviting. Being a soup lover, I had to try the soup of the day. It was asparagus. I expected a creamy soup but instead itwas brothy and FANTASTIC....it was so good I ordered a 2nd bowl ????. I had the Chicken Pesto sandwich that came with a sidesalad and fruit. Really fantastic food. Portions are on the larger size and desserts are good too. I had the Croque Madame, it's a glorified ham... and cheese sandwich but it was still amazing. Would recommend lemon bars, they aren't just lemon, they're orange too and weredelicious. Read more
Excellent food and service. The portions were large and the prices were reasonable. Also there is a large selection of salads,... sandwiches, and some pasta and other dishes. I would recommend eating at Panini Panini. One thing that I would advise: park onthe street if you have a big vehicle or have issues turning around in small spaces. The restaurants parking is tight and limitedand only one way in/out. Read more
Was here with my friend Kirstie for the weekend from St. Louis and stopped here twice! The staff was wonderful and the food was... amazing. Such a fun place to stop for lunch! Great vegetarian options. My husband and I loved the Caprese sandwich and the California... sandwich. The staff was kind, the atmosphere was lovely, and they also offered a great selection of desserts! We will definitelybe returning! Read more
During our trip to Michigan City, went for lunch at this place after reading all the good reviews. And we were glad that we did.... The place has European vibe and the staff was wonderful. They have nice little patio dining. We ordered Chicken Dijon,Portabella on Focaccia and California sandwich along with tomato soup. All of them were freshly made with fresh ingredients andtasted delicious. Will definitely return in our next visit. Read more
I'll start with the reason for 4-stars. When you walk in it is confusing as to what one is to do. The woman behind the counter... just said (very nicely)"I'm ready when you are." I didn't even know where to find a menu ...then I saw multiple chalkboardsscattered on the walls with menu items written on them and decided on a sandwich. I placed my order(gave my name), paid, foundthe soda machine then took a seat. Ashley brought my order out with a smile. I ordered the grilled scallop with prosciutto andfeta with pear. The sandwich overall was good but the pear was not ripe and hard to bite. The sandwich came with 2 very thinslices of cantaloupe and a small salad of mixed greens with the house dressing - muster vinaigrette or as Ashley would say,vinaigreat! It was very good. While I was dining another patron received her order - The Nordic salad,which looked amazing! I dobelieve that will be my next order as I will defiantly return! Read more
