My family and I dined here and our waitress was amazing!! My daughter was determined to stay in my lap the entire meal.... Stephanie went the extra mile and gave my kids sugar packets and straws for some distraction. She also listened to my son talkabout the human body and he didn’t feel rushed. I actually was a waitress and so this pulled at my heart strings. It wasdefinitely something I would’ve done. The staff behind the counters were pleasant too. The food was great so many choices. A few of the items were not up to serving temperature but the main thing I noticed was the soup it was the coldest I've ever had... anywhere! However the service was great in fact I would rate the service probably A-... The price is a little steep for a Mondayevening$22 and some change all in all it was a pleasant experience except for the soup that was very cold LOL Read more
This is one of the worst buffets ever. I mean all the food was tasteless, dry, and over cooked. How can you mess up fried... chicken. The salad bar was the only thing fresh that i could eat. The host was rude. The waitress was very rude. The onlyservice i was able to receive was from the bus boy picking up dishes. They really need a change in the menu and maybe a wholenew chef. For as much money as they have rolling into the buffet/casino in whole. I would expect the buffet food to taste a little bit... more quality. Cheap steak, sub par prime rib. If you want to pay 24.99 to get chicken and Mac and cheese, cool. Chewy NY strip.Great service from Karen though! Will not go back. Read more
Food was terrible,everything was dry even the desserts. Only thing that was fresh was the fried chicken everything else was most... likely leftovers from New Years that's how dry and nasty it was. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because our server wasthe sweetest lady ever. First time here will never come back. I will go back to Four Winds Casino where the food is great and isnot nasty.
