Service was excellent. Didn't even have to say anything to her. 30 seconds after I'm done with my lemonade here comes another... one. She was so personable it's like we knew her for years. Atmosphere was great. Food was unbelievably good. It's Olive Gardenso you know what you're getting but I have no complaints about the food whatsoever. Only thing was I wanted the stuff shells andit was on the menu and they don't have it anymore. Either that or they were out of it one of the two. But that's no big deal.The people next to us eating were great it was like if you had to dial up exactly what you want your restaurant experience to belike, this would have been it. Highly recommend and sit in a half and half in the bar section. You won't be disappointed. Read more

Came in to test out the endless pasta for myself and had a pretty good experience. The staff member who attended my fiancee and... I was very sweet and did a wonderful job! My wife and I went on a Saturday night, 6pm, usually a bad time to go out and look for food, without a reservation. Anyhow, we... were seated within 5 minutes. And 5 minutes later, here comes Sarah, our server. I have not seen customer service, at the levelwe received from Sarah, in a VERY long time. She was on time, and on point our entire visit. 1 star for the service. Never placed an order or tried the food. We were at the Michigan city Olive Garden to place an order to... go. The host told us to wait for a "staff" to take our order. We waited there for 7 minutes while 3 employees stood there doingnothing, staring at us. But no one seemed able or interested in taking the order. We finally left without ordering. Read more

Went on a weekday lunch. Was supposed to be a 30 minute wait but turned out only to be 15 minute wait. Our waitress said they... are so short handed. My wife and I had a great experience at this location today . We were told it was a 45 min wait but got seated in 15 minutes... which was awesome. Food was hot and fresh, the appetizers were great and came out fast . Our server Becca was awesome sheprovided excellent service. Will definitely return to this location Read more
