Honestly, I love the place. I enjoy the food and highly recommend that. I do not however, recommend the staff. I've heard them... bad mouth customers within earshot of them on multiple occasions. Really disappointed! Its the first bens pretzles I've gone to where I order a cinnamon/sugar pretzel and they failed to mention... I have to dust it myself at a counter. Just wasn't the same since none of the sugar stuck to the dough and I basically had aplain tasteless pretzel without any brushed butter on it Read more
Came here on a whim. We live in Lake County but I just had some sensor repair work on my car done & needed to drive extensively... to clear them out. Walked in and was immediately greeted & made to feel welcome. The associate "Marquita" was warm & welcoming.Offering several promotions to me to save me money. She made our pretzels fresh to order and was all around amazing. Thepretzels were delicious. Much better than Wetzel Pretzel. Anytime I am in the area I will be visiting. Great food & greatservice!
