Ordered a Large Americano, which if you're wondering is espresso shots and hot water. That's important to this review because... apparently the staff thought it'd be funny to warm up a large milk in a coffee cup and give it to me. Unfortunately I alreadygot to work and didn't have time to go back and wait in line for another 20 minutes to replace my coffee. I won't be returningto Tim Hortons, which is apparently what the staff wants anyways. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money. Read more

The employees are disrespectful and rude. While I waited in line they told me to pull ahead because they were being timed even... though no one was behind me. And then they proceeded to goof around, dropped a donut hole on the ground and put it back in thecase! The management was incompetent and just laughed. I was so disgusted. Read more
4 stars because they had very few items on the shelves (donuts and such). However, the young man that helped us was excellent,... and said they have more not out yet and told us what they have...I think he was by himself. I got a small iced caramel coffer,trying to watch calories (small 90 cals). It's exactly that - their rich coffee with a caramel flavor over crushed ice. Ittasted great...not heavy, refreshing. I called the Tim Hortons in Miamisburg to order 2 dozen glazed donuts for my students the next day. I asked to pick them up at... 8:00am and was told that would be fine. I gave my name. The next morning, when I stopped to pick up my order, the lobby wasclosed so I waited through the drive-through. When it was my turn, I gave my name and said I was picking up my order. The ladysaid they didn't have such an order. I asked for 2 dozen glazed donuts, but she said she could only give me one dozen. I thankedher and said never mind. Stopped in a month ago for a box of Timbits. Person at counter told me they only had two kinds available. I asked about the... several varieties visible in the case, and she said she couldn't sell them to me - they were only there for display!! I told her"You know what? I'll just get my donuts somewhere else." And walked out. Now this consistently lousy place is on "drive-thruonly". Hope they close it DOWN as soon as possible. A local disgrace! If you can't do it right, close the whole chain down -company standards don't seem to have survived once they crossed the border from Canada (Canadians and travelers to Canada willknow what I mean).
