I went Tuesday July 5 at around 9:00 pm and used the drive thru. The young man at the window forgot to give me the paper bag... with the beans inside that was included in my order. I even asked him if my order was complete and he said yes. I realized thatonce I was home. When I went back, the same guy gave me a nasty attitude when I asked for the beans that he had forgotten. Ivebeen to that Pollo for many years, never had such a bad experience. Returned saturday October 15 at around 445pm. Had a greatexperience, the young gentleman at the drive thru window was very nice and made sure my order was complete. That's greatservice. Read more
Today I did order a place block Bing's white rides and rips with plantain. They charge me 19.00 dollars But they give me a... wrong Order Chicken starting rips. Customer service is amazing. Food well cooked. Unfortunately the IT guys need to take a look at printers and scanners. Too much... time to make customers waiting in line just for receipts and because scanners don't work. Read more

This was the closet sit down restaurant I was near from my hotel. I?m not from Miami so maybe I?m missing something because I... see a lot of 5 stars. This place was horrible. The only good thing was the plantains which I originally ordered as a side butthe cashier forgot. I couldn?t understand the cashier and she barely could understand me for one, the meat was sooooo dry andtough for two and it was overpriced for trash service and food.
