Always gotta love a great pizza. Walked in to get a pie to go. Very busy place but pizza made to order
Extremely rude. I placed my order and the person on the phone gave me my total and then immediately hung up, without giving me... the option of paying by card. When the order arrived to my hotel, I asked if I could pay in card and the delivery driver said noonly cash. I told him how I did not have that much cash on me and that I was never given the option on the phone. The deliverydriver started getting irritated and made me get money from the ATM. If it wasn?t 10pm and my wife and I weren?t hungry I wouldhave refused the delivery and went somewhere else. Read more
Papa Johns, what happened? Waited an hour for just 1 pizza that comes from 3 miles away ? Pizza was super dry and cold by the... time it got here? If you keep increasing delivery fees please at least stick to the ?approximate delivery time?, it was supposedto be 30 min. Perhaps consider hiring more drivers that actually know the routes and try not giving each of them 20 orders for a?30-40 minute? delivery window? It?s just not realistic. Read more
I always get my deliveries from this store since it's the closest store, but half of the time they get my order wrong. Sometimes... they just forget some minor ingredients like the pepperonis and sometimes they make major mistakes like forgetting not to putcheese on my pizza, I'm lactose intolerant so I can't eat non-lactose-free cheese. The only reason why I didn't give a lowerreview is because they always make it right and redo the order for free next time I order or sometimes they resend itimmediately when it has cheese. They always give me the option to choose if I want to have the order redone immediately oranother day. But this time as I'm writing this review I called over another mistake, I barely said a word, I didn't even havetime to give the name on the order, and they put the order in immediately instead of letting me choose what I wanted to.Apparently the person already knew the name of my order, since he said the right name, and they sounded a bit frustrated that itwas me again. I can't complain about free pizza, but their constant mistakes are starting to get really annoying at times,especially when they accidentally put cheese on it. I'm starting to consider making my own pizzas again even if it takes a lotof effort, which is what I should be doing since there's no mistakes on it and it comes out better tasting, especially since Ican bake it with the cheese instead of adding it later after it's already cooked. The only thing is I don't have easy access toas much ingredients as Papa John's has. Something to add is that usually it comes full with the ingredients, but sometimes theybarely put any ingredients, it's varies a lot. But for now, out of convenience I'll keep ordering and hope they don't get myorder wrong again. Read more
I usually purchase my pizza from this particular Papa John's in Miami Springs my husband likes their pizza. (I prefer to make my... own pizza) However, their service and food is usually good. However, today the garlic rolls I ordered were Extremely Salty andthe wings were under cooked. They both were NOT Edible. During these times many are still having financial difficulties andDON'T have Money to just throw away. Papa John's needs to ensure that their employees are following their protocols forpreparing their food. I won't be back anytime SOON!!! Very good place, great service and excellent pizza ... by the way, only this place was open at 9am, thank God
Delivery order never arrived, and when we called to ask, they said they delivered it already and gave a description that did not... match the house. The manager said they could re-do the order for pickup only, which was fine, but they refused to refunddelivery and tip fees. Additionally, they accused us of lying about the pizza being delivered and wanted proof that he nevershowed up. For context, we order pizza from here very often and can afford a $20 pizza order, so that accusation was ridiculous.Then, they said they would send him out to the house again (without a replacement pizza). For what? I have no idea. Stillwaiting for him to arrive. Trash customer service. Disgusted by the attitude of the manager. They lost a customer. Read more
