Bad bad service, the guys give me a bad attitude when I ask him for a different bread and then he give me lest that the have... bread and he was throwing the ham on my bread with attitude and when I told him put mayonnaise,he just put in one side of thesandwich very bad attitude ???? I just thought that they have to train there workers better or let them know that they haveworking hours for the customer. Poor Customer Service. This is the 3rd time we order from the Subway app for Curbside pickup. The app specifies that when you... arrive at the location to pick up the order to call. We have parked infront of the store the 3 times and called. The phonesrings and rings and rings and no one picks up. Each time the store has had no customers, so its not that the employees could saythey were busy. Yesturday we ordered. When we got there we parked infeont of the Subway and calles. We coups swe the employeesitting sipping on a drink and not answering the phone. We fi ally decoded tp het down. When we came in je said "ooh I jisy gpthwre like 10 minutes ago and dint see ypu had ordered." We had to wait foe him to make our order. Read more

I go to this subway all the time. If you go during the day no problem but if you come in after 6 it takes forever to get a sub.... They will only have 1 person working to make subs for walk ins and to go orders. It took me 35 min to get my food today and Ionly had two ppl ahead of me a bit ridiculous this is also not the first time. Every single time I have gone after 6 or 7 it?sthe same issue. Who in the hell has only one person working stop being cheap and hire more ppl that?s a busy location. Read more

Completely unsatisfied with this store. I don't even know if this employee was well trained, or lacking knowledge, or lacking... enthusiasm or what?...but just see for yourself, my order (extra cheese, honey mustard, spicy Italian) vs what I actually got! Imean, where is the salami????? where's the extra cheese, where is the honey mustard!????? Paying for something and gettinganother is unacceptable! Please get your team and communicate this. Ordered 3 sandwiches on the app. 1 was correct, 1 was completely wrong sandwich, and 1 had all the wrong toppings. Tried to call... them 3 times afterwards and let them know but no one answered any of the calls. Very disappointed considering we couldn?t eatthe 1 sandwich that was completely wrong. Read more

The guy serving is very nice and useful. I do gotta say this place needs to close down or find more workers l. At 6 PM spent I... one hour just to order because there was only one person working in the whole store. Who runs a business and only has oneworker? The owner should be ashamed to even own this place. Makes money for what? I gotta say I will never be back here again.Hire more people Hire more people stop being cheap, if you going to own a business, manage it like is supposed to be and havethe necessary staff. How can you possibly have 1 person working rush hour? The line to order is like you're trying to get into aconcert. Inlocr subway but who ever own and manages this one is doing a super Horrible job.
