Awful experience. My husband ordered ahead through the app only to be told when he picked it up that they were out of THREE of... the ingredients it was supposed to have. He asked for a refund and they told him they couldn?t refund him unless he filled out apaper. Really?? It?s not that he?s to give a refund to customers that are not happy! This is ridiculous! Slow is an understatement describing the new employees. There are 4 people waiting on Shakes and I'm one of two in line waiting... to order. Not sure what happened to the old crew but this is ridiculous as there was never really a wait here. Literally justspent 30min waiting for smoothie. Like I said, ridiculous. Read more

Worse customer service. The change of shift that happened right is the worst. The guy did my shake left it in the blender and... walked out poor girl that took over his shift, she was left with all the mess and tried to keep everyone happy. The morning creware the worst today. Read more

The short girl handling my order and who made my smoothie was amazing! Super friendly and very polite. Best customer service... I?ve ever received in a long time so it was very refreshing. Definitely a hard worker and it shows in how well she handlescustomers! Read more

Every time I call, no one answers. Just happened again. Was calling for over 10 mins on my drive to order my smoothies ahead of... time and no answer. When I got to the store, it was completely empty. I called again and phone rang - no one answered and thereare two employees in here. When I mentioned it to the guy he just said ?oh sorry, was in the back washing? and shrugged it offlike no big deal. Then another girl came out from the back, neither one ever picking up the phone as it rang and rang and rangeven though I was the only one in the store. Then my smoothie came out too thick so they kept putting water in it so of courseit just tasted like water. I hate asking to remake stuff but it was so bad I had to ask them to remake it with almond milk toavoid that from happening again. Definitely need to work on hiring better employees and training them better on how to make goodtasting smoothies that aren?t extra thick or watered down. I understand most of them may be college or high school kids thatcould care less, but good customer service and good tasting smoothies is all this place requires. Don?t think that?s a lot toask of them. Read more
