Slow is an understatement describing the new employees. There are 4 people waiting on Shakes and I'm one of two in line waiting... to order. Awful experience. My husband ordered ahead through the app only to be told when he picked it up that they were out of THREE of... the ingredients it was supposed to have. He asked for a refund and they told him they couldn?t refund him unless he filled out apaper. Really?? It?s not that he?s to give a refund to customers that are not happy! This is ridiculous!
