A welcomed change from the normal fast food. You can never go wrong with chicken off a grille.
Very disappointed with their service. You never get a complete order, always missing something. Just made a purchase of $50.55,... dinner for my family, they confirmed to the umber driver that my order was completed. When I received my order, it was missingbalsamic tomatoes and all the sauces that I requested, and no utensils. Unfortunately, this is a usual thing to happen there.For the first time I texted and asked the ubereats guy to please confirm with them that the order was completed, and it wasn?t.I thought maybe I would get my completed order, but of course not. If you're in the mood for a quick Cuban dinner for yourself or a family this place is yummy, authentic, and consistent. It has... alot of options to choose from and all are delicious. I do recommend going early because around dinner time sometimes they runout of certain foods. That's how good it is. I stopped by Pollo Tropical yesterday at approximately 4:30 pm for a late lunch/ early dinner. I don?t know what has happened... with this specific restaurant in the last couple of years but their quality of work has gone down tremendously. I asked for aside of fries and this is what I got served. I didn?t notice till I got home. I am greatly disappointed in the food service, nowonly do we have to wait in long lines but are served overcooked food as well. Read more
