I was a regular customer up until last week. I placed an order over the phone to pick a chocolate cake and to confirm asked the... person on the phone if she was sure they had chocolate cake she confirmed. The reason I asked to confirm was BC the 1st time Iordered they didn?t have any even though they said they did over the phone it?s fine I let it go I didn?t complain I was workingin that area at that time. But When I ordered for the 2nd time it happened again I arrived she turned around opened the fridgeto get it turns back to me and asked me if I wanted something else that they only had strawberry cheesecake I was like ???? ????asked her why would you confirm over the phone that u had chocolate cake, why make me drive 20 mins if you didn?t have any. Ileft ???? then a few minutes later I decided to call asked to speak with Gaby supposedly the manager. A manager that needsextensive training on customer service and attention to detail not only for her but her employees as well. What kind of managersays if you don?t want to order from us then don?t do it doesn?t care of losing a customer I guess it?s not a big deal it?s only1 customer she doesn?t matter. She started with excuses saying things like we are all humans we make mistakes then she saidthey were busy mentioned they had a big order that they had to make 30 pizzas blah blah she ended up using my son as an example????. When I arrived they were so busy that there were no customers and the cashier was just standing doing nothing. Iunderstand we are all humans and constantly make mistakes. But it happened twice, 20 mins drive seriously simply unacceptable.As a manager you need to check your inventory regularly and communicate with your employees if items are low or out of stock. Quality has gone done.... ordered pizza and taste was not good. Pizza fell apart when I tried to pull slices. Called and... customer service just terrible, attitude and said that's the way it comes. It?s getting hard to find good quality pizza places like Pizza Scene. I tried 2 slices of Pizzas and they were good missing... more tomato sauce in my personal taste. Most of these places have their own recipe from Mom and Pops and you know the rest ofthe story.It is very important to know that the quality is much better than Dominos and Papa Johns.
