Food is good and price is good. Communication skills for who ever answers the phone is one star. Need proper training in... courtesy, stop the waky tabaky during working hours. Just spoke to the manager of this place, they said they FORGOT to deliver my pizza after I already had paid and tipped. After... calling them, the manager said shes busy and there?s nothing she?s going to do about it in a very demeaning manner. The food is fantastic but the service is just not good. We get these coupons in the mail and you can clearly see which coupons... are dine in, which includes delivery and which one also includes pick up. Took me 30 mins to connect with someone after beingput on hold and having my call dropped; finally placed my order and when I told them about the coupon they told me that they areall only for dining in. What's even the point of having the services offered on the coupons when they're only for dining in?Loved the food but not enough when it's such a hassle to even order. Read more

Love this place! Karina took care of our party of 25 last night. When we realize we only had one waitress we were skeptical... because of the fact that she was also taking care of the other side of the dining room. To our amazement she handled the entiredining room with grace and accuracy. She was kind and unflustered. She is a true gem. Ordered over the phone. Was told 45 minutes. Hour and a half goes by and wrong order. Missing wings. Driver calls Javier... (MOD). Option first given to return pizzas and have order redone or wings will be delivered separately and difference charged. After discussion opted to have order redone and we will wait. Wanted fresh food. He then changes his tune and tells us thathe cannot redo the order, only send us the wings. Why offer something only to renege 30 seconds later. Then the callmysteriously drops. Very unprofessional, and will never order from here again. Bottom line was not provided the food orservice I wanted. Completely unnecessary. Update: To add to the horrible miss communication and service provided. Anotherdriver shows up an hour later with my order after we told the first driver that we are canceling. Driver calls place and isspeaking to Sima and we overhear her saying how we hung up the phone on Javier.and never canceled the order. Delicious garlic rolls were presented to us while we waited for the fried calamari and pizza. I love how much calamari they give... you. The pizza smelled amazing. I reccomend lemon on the calamari. Read more
