Ordered a Sandwich through Door dash today, and on the receipt it said they didn't have the ingredients for it and literally... sent me a loaf of bread with nothing else. I can only wonder what went through their thought process that made them decide topackage this and send it out. At least send me some sauce to dip the bread on. Read more
I love firehouse subs! Their subs are delicious and made well. I use the app to order ahead of time and it?s so convenient. The... staff at this location is very friendly, it?s nice how they greet you when you walk in. The manager at this fire house clearly does not care about hiring employees that are willing to work and at least provide decent... service. Not only are they rude, but they are extremely lazy and it shows that they don?t even want to do their job. Themanagers are not helpful at all and the staff is so rude. It?s very obvious they just wanna go home. I would recommend going toanother fire house because not only do they take forever to make you your food but they don?t give you any sort of kindness orquality service. The employees here Will give you nasty Looks if you ask where your food is, and they are nasty too. They don?tknow how to operate in the same blue line, and When lunch hour comes around they get very overwhelmed and are super slow. Themanager is obviously hiring people who are just willing to get paid for doing the bare minimum, but it is affecting thebusiness. The ice machine didn't have no ice in it. So I had to wait till it gets filled. My meatball sandwich wasn't ready because they... needed more meatballs to be cooked. So I had to wait or leave if I couldn't. From what I could see it looks satisfactory cleanbathroom table surroundings. They gave me a free cookie because my patient waiting. Management probably has to have a good talkwith people there or maybe they need to hire the right employees. Avoid this place for now if you can' that is myrecommendation. From the greeting you get when you step in, until the 'have a nice day' when you go, the whole experience is so nice. Great... staff, great subs! the engineer is my fave. Plus, you are supporting our first responders. Buy an empty pickle bucket for 2 $and make a donation for the firefighters! Read more
